  1. If you call Omron customer service, they can get you the Part Number for the small cuff or the complete unit with the small cuff. I suggest you measure your upper arm so you know the size you need before you call. When I called I found that the large cuff was approximately $20.00 plus shipping. I found the complete unit with large cuff for $32.00 with free shipping.
