Questions and answers of the customers
- A I'm not sure how many but I've set up as many as 3 alarms.
- A Short answer: yes. Apps are available for both Android and IOS products. It works well with my Iphone 11.
- A Have no clue- I refuse to use Alexa, nor do I buy anything with Alexa in it-- let's correct this to say I stay away from any voice command products which is becoming tougher to come by..
- A It came with regular silicone band. I ordered a designer band from Amazon and it was super easy to install and change length. "Stylyin"
- A According to the listing, the refund policy is refund or replacement available.Per Amazon representatives in my email after receiving a defective item: this item in NON-RETURNABLE. Buy from somewhere else! I purchased a replacement directly from FitBit, and with the same settings and usage, the battery isn't drained after 24 hours. Don't trust Amazon.
- A You may want to see how much apps you have loaded and how frequently you have things like the weather updating. The more you have your watch updating and the more the active apps you use, the faster you will use up the battery. Turn off “always on” for watch face, update weather hourly or longer, use less apps, etc to lengthen battery time. It’s a trade off.
- A Are you talking about those 4 tiny (well, pins I guess, though I’d always thought of as prongs. Idk)? I’ve two of the chargers, one for the house and one for the car and haven’t had an issue with either.
- A I purchased this item after reading the answer to this question and it does NOT work on my non-dominant arm where I have a tattoo. It will not sense heart rate or O2 saturation. I switched it to my non-tattooed arm and it works fine.
- A Depending on which Fitbit you have, make sure the charger isn't the problem.
- A I would think if you can download the fitbit app on your cell phone, it should work.
- A If it still has any life to it, hold the side button down for several seconds until the fitbit logo comes on. If it won't come on it may no longer work.
- A Yes the fitbit Sense comes with both a Small and Large band. The Large band is 5 3/4 inches long and the Small band is 4 1/4. The Buckle Side is 4 in. and is the same for both pieces. You can also buy aftermarket bands in various sizes.
- A Yes, it works beautifully with Android phones.
- A yes, the same bad work as with 12, not syncing automatically
- A It will tell you to get missing steps 10 minutes before the hour is up. And there are a few apps for drinking water. I think the HidrateSpark also works with it.
- A Si, es muy sencillo y hay gran variedad de pulseras.
- A 2 different sizes came with each of the 2 I bought. A small and a large. Don't know about an XL by Fitbit, perhaps aftermarket brands?
- A I prefer these: easy on and great protection orderVisit the Liwin Store3.8 out of 5 stars 402ReviewsLiwin (4-Pack) 3D Screen Protectors Compatible with Fitbit Sense/Versa 3, Full Coverage Screen Protector Protective Cover Saver for Sense and Versa 3 Smartwatch
- A I believe you can thru Spotify. The app shows on my watch I’ve just never used it.
- A You must download music to your watch using a computer first and then pair headphones to it to listen to music.
- A The answer is YES ! The questions is "Does this watch require Premium to use ALL of its functions." The answer is YES. It has many functions that work without premium and many that require PREMIUM. Too many require premium. Search for reviews online and I'd say the 1st or 2nd biggest complaint is you have to pay monthly subscriptions to get all the features you thought you'd get by paying the high price tag. Yes - it is a nice watch but don't expect the all the features unless you pay MONTHLY.
- A As soon as I opened the case, my son commented that it wasn’t white, (as described), it was Wolfe Gray. I would agree. I also think the color could be termed Stone. The band looks elegant with an understated expensiveness than the usual rubber-type smartwatches bands. I also think it looks a bit more masculine than I would have hoped for but I probably lean more to the feminine end of the scale. If this color was half this dark, it would be more of a Bone or Birch which would be fantastic for summer! Maybe this should be named Mexican Beach Sand (dark) and we can hope they make a light band someday рџЉ
- A Have them replace it ASAP That happened to my previous one and they gave me a new oneMake sure it’s been registered under a year ago
- A It does not work with Iphone6 and the older IOS systems. It also does not work with PCs. You need an IPhone with IOS14 or a tablet.
- A It’s not waterproof, it’s water resistant
- A Yes. It also has an alarm that will wake you at the optimal time based on your sleep patterns.
- A The strap comes in two pieces, for a total length of 9.5 inches. There are 9 holes in the longer side (5.5 inches), so it should adequately fit a larger wrist.
- A If you go in settings to the watches AppStore it does have one you can download
- A Yes, very easily. Beware though of bands not sold by Fitbit. I bought three different bands for my Sense (bought them here on Amazon, much cheaper than the "OEM" bands). Two wouldn't even stay locked into the Fitbit well enough to get it fastened around my wrist. The last one actually worked OK for over a week. Got my hands wet up past the watch and one end promptly disconnected from the watch. The attachment mechanism is quite clever, but apparently some third-party suppliers can't maintain the required tolerances. Ordered another one from Fitbit.
- A I haven't been able to pair it. Only tried it once - for few hours - and tablet couldn't find Sense to link it.I have a Fire 10 HD - 9th generation. I will probably try it again.Meanwhile, I haven't linked to my Google phone , where it works great.
- A The Fitbit Sense measures Sp02 at night which is vital for my health. Also the alerts when your heartrate goes above or below certain numbers iis awesome. BEWARE: If you change the band to a designer band (I got the Pendleton Weave), it changes the fit, stopped giving me a sleep quality score, stopped measuring my Sp02 @ night. And I started earning 8X the floors I normally get. Lol Not so bad but I knew I didn’t earn the # of floors. Even though this question is 4 mos old, hopefully it will help someone else when choosing a band. The band that comes with the Sense isn’t very flexible. It rubbed a very sore place on my wrist bone. I had a Charge 3. Chose a Sense after 3 pneumonias; one causing congestive heart failure and because I have SVTs. There are nice features to help me monitor these things & share with my physicians.
- A Yes it can work with Dexcom G6. You need to download the Glance watch face.
- Q Does this watch give accurate steps and not add steps when i'm typing on computer or petting my cat?A Mine adds steps when I sleep, sit at a desk, drink coffee, use a computer, drive a car, and more. I average about 250 extra steps an hour some days. It also adds bike rides and stairs in error. If I am just walking it will do okay but total at end of the day is way off. The watch is like one of those Giga Pets from 90s. I call it the NonSense. App should have a category for time lost tending to the watch and app. Also, include calories burned on frustration.
- A It seamed like I was always recharger. Based on my previous Fitbit versa 2
- A You have to link on your phone .. go on YouTube and search for it and you should be able to do it
- A Through Fitbit it’s 2 years for about $50 and doesn’t cover broken screens. Through Amazon it’s thirty something for 3 years and does cover broken screens. I got the Amazon protection package
- A On my versa texts would show up as long as you enabled notifications although with the sense you have to enable the “show previews” option. I don’t necessarily like the body of the text showing up on the Lock Screen but that’s the only way the sense will show the text.
- A Unfortunately not. At least on Android
- A Yes bit you have to select the move to record
- A They send both a large and small band with the fitbit
- A Yes. You can manually tell Fitbit how long your stride is. So if the Fitbit does not go say 5 feet it will not count as a step. There is instruction how how to do this in the help section on Fitbit app.
- A One part of this I can answer is it gives a breakdown of how it arrives at your sleep score, which has been useful. The sleep analysis was the reason I chose the Fitbit over the Apple Watch.
- A This is NOT a "health monitor device" firstly, it is what is known as a smartwatch. That is to say a watch that has added features, such as fitness tracking capabilities. Secondly, think of this as a more fitness geared version of the Apple watch. Its sole purpose is to assist the user in obtaining, or maintaining, certain health and fitness related goals. Lastly, this device is meant to accompany a broader health monitoring program, not exist as a replacement. It has certain features that offer insights to your overall health and physical fitness levels, and more (like music, games, meditation), but this was not and is not marketed or intended to replace a whole physical check-up. That would be asking a lot from a watch! It does work with other apps to help you keep track of your health, for example I used to log my BP in the Walgreens app, but you will need a separate device for more in-depth health metrics (blood pressure, weight, oxygen not while sleeping, etc.).
- A Si se puede usar en piscina. Hasta 50 metros
- A Yes it works great with the WW app
- A Yes you are correct
- A No it measures blood oxygen levels while you are sleeping when you change the watch face to one that can measure these results.
- A Well, i uninstalled starbucks but to be sure its gone, make sure its permissions are off on the fitbit app. Also check fitbit support for more
- A Yes, you can answer calls if your phone is within blue tooth range. Cannot make calls, just answer and talk.
- A Not a specific exercise for planking but others should be close enough
- A There is a whole thread on the Fitbit Community board with multiple users saying how inaccurate the Sense is when measured by accurate heart monitors like the Polar chest strap and that the Sense is only accurate when you are inactive. So if you are just sedentary you are ok. But I've found that it is not as accurate as even the Charge 2. So idk if it can be synced- I don't think so.
- A Absolutely
- A You can't store your own music. Fitbit forces you to subscribe to Deezer or Pandora and use their offline music feature if you want to listen to music directly from the Sense. Otherwise, you need to bring your phone with you on your run and use the Sense apps to control either Deezer, Pandora, or Spotify on your phone.
- A all the workouts are there - the helpline is another story. For simple questions no problem - I had a problem that eventually got fixed with an update but getting help was a nightmare. I got referred to a special group that only communicated via email and they would send one email and never respond to the answer until you called and complained again. two days after the problem was resolved they told me I could get the watch replaced.
- A My best guess is yes but I’d research that first...
- A I too had an allergy to the silicone. I bought a leather band
- A No, its not programmed that way, you can however sync your watch stats to other apps including google fit, some requiring 3rd party apps
- A Yes, it is! I paid $349.00 for mine and I love it! It does everything it says it does. I would buy it again! Hope you enjoy yours.
- A Not right now, but a update is coming and you can answer calls when your phone is near the device, (android only)apple doesn't support 3rd party smartwatches with stuff like calls, text, ect.
- A Yes... It measures SP02, but only at night while sleeping. That is when its important; when the heart is at rest. The Sense does measure the resting heart level. During the day, there is a relationship between breath rate and heart rate. The body calls for more 02 so the heart pumps faster for faster passage of blood through the lungs. You can see this relationship at HEART RATE. At the top there is a heavy white graph of the average resting rate. Swipe LEFT and you will get your cardio score. I have breathing issues sleeping and the Sense has helped me greatly.
- A The sensors and the app are already in the Sense. However, you need to use the Fitbit O2 clock face, which has the ability to read those sensors. This clockface does use battery to do that reading, so you will need to charge the watch more frequently. You can use the O2 clock face at night, which is when it does the reading, and switch to another favorite for daytime use.
- A Yes, it has active zone minutes, like Versa.
- A At the moment only Alexa is enabled on the watch. Next month there will be an update that enables Google, the ECG and probably SPO2 sensing without a specific watchface. Trust me - Fitbit is about to be owned by Google... Google Assistant will be at least offered on it regardless where you bought it. It's just they need to update the firmware to support it.
