  1. Q Can you take the blood pressure of more than one person?
    A You can only store blood pressure and pulse for one person on the one I purchased (5 Series) ; but, there are other Omron blood pressure monitors that have two settings and you can keep or record the readings for two different people. Hope this helps.

    A Pretty sure that will work as long as the other person also download the app

    A Quiet is relative. Is it as loud as a tire inflator....no but, it still makes some noise as there is a pump involved. Would I consider noisy? No

    A Hello. Yes, the Omron 5 does have a 2 user mode.
  14. Q Does the blood pressure cuff show any red markings or arrow to show it is on correctly?
    A no, there are no markings or lights to tell you the cuff is on the correct place. Trial & error will guide you
  15. Q Is cuff completely fabric or hard?
    A I have this model, for a 9-17 inch circumference arm.and it is fabric, not too hard. My arm is about 13 inch circumference and I leave the cuff set so I can push it up from my hand to above the elbow, just a little bit bigger than my upper arm and it works every time.
  16. Q What causes the BP7250 to show a E4 error all the time?
    A It should NOT happen that frequently,Make sure the batteries are fresh. If it continues, call Amazon and hve them replace unit.
  17. Q Does the cuff fit extremely small arms?
    A You can buy a smaller cuff for the device from Omron. All their cuffs fit 9"-17" they have an optional "Small D-Ring Cuff 7" to 9" They specifically disallow use of the device for measuring children's BP so if your arm is smaller than 7" you are out of luck.
  18. Q What pressure does the pump inflate to initially, and is that pressure adjustable? I generally prefer manual inflation, to avoid excessive pressure.
    A The cuff must inflate to approximately 15-20 mmHg over your Systolic in order to get an accurate BP reading. If you have a BP over 180 you are in immediate danger of a stroke and should be going to the emergency room. If the user was permitted to adjust the maximum inflation pressure (which is around 180) downwards to make BP readings more "comfortable" then if their BP spiked the cuff would not read it accurately. It is easy to imagine a scenario where a user ASSUMES they have "normal" BP and adjusts the max inflation pressure to, say, 140, then the cuff misreads it, and the user then falls on their face and dies of a stroke whereupon the heirs sue Omron. So you are never going to find an automatic cuff that will allow this. Accuracy is more important when dealing with people's lives than comfort in the medical field.

    A It depends on the phone, older Android OS versions do not have printer support. You can email the results to yourself from the app and then print them.
  20. Q What is small cuff code/ number that i can get for this machine??
    A HEM-CS24-B But Omron makes 2 different small cuffs look in the user manual of your monitor to figure out which one to order
  21. Q What is the difference between the omron series 5 and the omron silver models?
    A The Silver series uses our pre-formed ComFit cuff and offers 80 memory. The 5 series uses our standard D-ring cuff and offers 60 memory.
  22. Q what case available for this model?
    A We have the #4602997-0 small carry case available to store the 3 and 5 series models as well as our wrist units.
  23. Q Difference between 7200 & 7250
    A 7200 is not wireless 7250 is wireless
  24. Q Is the cuff 100% soft? Some of these Omron machines come with a hard piece of plastic in the cuff, making it difficult to use.
    A Not sure how it can be 100% soft because there has to be an attachment point for the tube/line that connects the cuff to the device. The cuff has great flexibility to be able to get small for small arms (I am a petite woman). I have no difficulty using the cuff and device unassisted.
  25. Q This item bring the electric cable?
    A yes, the power cable is included.
  26. Q Can this also be connected by wire? I an just see the Bluetooth being a problem at the exact time you need it most.
    A No, but you do not need to connect to the app in order to check your blood pressure. The Bluetooth connection is only used for automatic storage of your readings in the app. Even if you do not or are unable to use the Bluetooth functionally, you still have one of their best, most accurate blood pressure meters.

    A Yes - you will need a 115 AC/6DC volt transformer to power the Omron . The Omron will be powered through the 6 volt port in the back of the Omron . Otherwiseit will be batteries - which so far have lasted quite a long time in my unit .
